We moved a whole office out to the Barton Orchards this weekend to be part of the Hudson Valley Hot Air Balloon festival. Thank you to our friends at the Chamber of Commerce for helping organize this fun weekend!
The weather was a little iffy at times for balloon rides but with a “walls free” office, we kept nice and cool. Of course office space in NY Workspaces does include walls and air conditioning so the climate is always just right. Contact us to see one with walls…
Hudson Valley Balloon Festival
Next weekend is the 26th annual Hudson Valley Balloon Festival: Friday July 8, Saturday July 9, and Sunday July 10. NY Workspaces will be on hand so come by and say hello. The festival is located at:

From Harry Belafonte to the Grateful Dead, the artists have been singing it for years. Now we see that some very smart people at The McKinsey Global Institute are believers too. Among other findings, the research shows that companies with more diverse leadership and stronger gender diversity are more successful.

Small business and investors
Many businesses believe that if they only had more resources, more capital, then they could really grow. However, most businesses are not really suitable to an investor model.
